Tangy Buttermilk Cheese loaf

Needed to finish up d bal cheddar cheese so I decided on this recipe to try. Yield a really moist loaf & taste good even on its own.
  • 1 1/8 cup Buttermilk
  • ¾ cup extra sharp cheddar (grated)
  • 1½ tsp sugar
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1½ tsp yeast
  • 3 cup bread flour
