Tangy Buttermilk Cheese loaf
Needed to finish up d bal cheddar cheese so I decided on this recipe to try. Yield a really moist loaf & taste good even on its own.
- 1 1/8 cup Buttermilk
- ¾ cup extra sharp cheddar (grated)
- 1½ tsp sugar
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1½ tsp yeast
- 3 cup bread flour
