Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 500g collar pork
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 small red potato
- ½ cup snow peas
- ¼ cup chopped parsely
In a slow cooker, mix cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion and pot roast.
Cook on High setting for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low setting for 8 to 9 hours.
Add vegetables 1.5 hours before it's done.
