Marinated boil Chkn
Been having problem getting Hayden to eat dinner, so when I saw this recipe on web, thot I give it a try. However, I changed it a bit. Instead of chkn on a stick, I just marinate it for 5hrs & boil d chkn in clear water to make udon soup (which is Hayden’s fav).- 400g wing drum
- 100g fresh mushroom
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves scallion (finely chopped)
- 1tbsp fresh ginger (finely chopped)
Whoa la! Chkn udon soup! Actaully tasted ok, which is a surprised cause I didn’t add any seasoning at all. D taste must have come from d marinated chkn. Hayden had 1½bowl! ;->
