- 2/3 cups room temperature water
- 2 tbsp fat-free margarine
- 9 tsp sugar substitute
- 2 tbsp sugar-free syrup
- 2 tsp salt
- 4 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 tsp bread machine yeast
Very thick crust & it ‘peel’ off when I tried to cut it. In d end, d whole crust peel off from d central bread (which is actually quite soft & nice).
