Hokkaido Milky bread

Tried this again & this time, I got d correct whipping cream. Half all ingredients w d exception of d egg. So to bal out d dry:wet ratio, I added 4tbsp all-purpose flour. Whoa la! a very nicely raised & SUPER SOFT bread. Guess recipe owner were right! this is a really, really GREAT bread!

Glad you like it :) I've another cream cheese recipe, equally good if not better. Give you recipe another day, gtg make dd3 nap now.
