150g marie biscuit (crush)
5g double action baking powder (sieve)
(B)
2 eggs
80g sugar
120g milk
few drop Vanilla oil
(C)
80g melted butter
(D)1/2 tsp cocoa powder (sieve)
- Mix (B) in a mixing bowl & stir till sugar dissolves, strain.
- Add in (A) into (B) mix till well combined.
- Add (C) & mix well.
- Divide batter into 2 portions. Add (D) into one of the portion and mix till well combined
- Grease baking tin lined with baking paper
- Pour 1st portion of plain batter into baking tin &spread neatly. Steam with high heat for 15 mins. Remove baking tin from steamer, prick
- Pour in 2nd portion of brown batter & spread neatly.Steam with high heat for 15 mins. Remove baking tin from steamer, prick
