Wolfberries bread

I got this recipe from my friend’s blog & even though both used d oven, I thot I give it a try in my bread maker & whoa la, wolfberries bread.
  • 270 g All-purpose flour
  • 6 g Dry active yeast
  • 140 g Warm milk
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ pc Egg
  • 35 g Butter (room temperature)
  • 40 g Chinese wolf-berries
  • ½ tbsp Sesame seeds

Looks very different from what they both have cause I soak d wolfberries in hot water be4 draining them out & putting them into d bread maker. Thus, d wolfberries were soft enough to break down & "melt" into d dough during kneading.

As the wolfberries were pre-soaked, they are very soft. Try to add them only towards the end of the last 5 mins of kneading.

BTW, is your bread yellow/orange in colour?
