Blueberries bread

After getting back from Korea, I still have no time for groceries shopping, thus, got to make do with whatever I have on hand for bread & this is what I tried - Blueberries & cranberries loaf. Original recipe asked for cranberries too but I only have blueberries on hand, so I changed cranberries to blueberries (beside other small changes). Result - a very soft bread but for some reason (which I cant put words to), I felt that it tasted plain, very plain. Almost like no real 'bread' taste.. weird.. But Hubby said it taste great cause it's really very soft, so I guess it's ok then..
  • 280ml water
  • 20g butter
  • 400g bread flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • 3g yeast
  • 90g dried blueberries

Place all ingredients into bread machine & select fast white bread setting.

Hi Mommy of 3,

Yes, it's fast white bread setting. Normally, for fast setting, it's abt 2hr 15mins.

But do note that diff brand of BM might have diff timing so u might want to check yr BM's manual.

Happy baking!
